I had Electi manage my short term rental for over a year. Managing myself was extremely tedious as I enjoyed traveling for extended periods of time. Electi gave my house a bit of a makeover, having me buy some inexpensive furniture and wallpaper that made a world of difference to the design. Just about every review was 5 stars! I had really good occupancy, even at a time when many hosts were complaining about having a slower season. They are very well connected with professionals ranging from cleaners, handymen, and other appliance/utility specialists that could solve just about any problem. It was nice knowing I could sit back and let the STR operate while Electi took care of it!
