Founder's story
Daniela Amador, CEO
Our real estate prowess begins with our founder and CEO, Daniela Amador, who started her professional journey as an agent in New York City in 2016.
By 2017, Daniela was the exclusive agent for Ginarte Law, one of the largest personal injury law firms in New York and New Jersey. Daniela grew her expertise with hands-on experience across hundreds of clients and properties.
When Daniela joined terrain-nyc, an award-winning landscape architecture firm in New York, she significantly expanded her scope of real estate knowledge while also gaining a passion for design and development.
In 2019, Daniela began managing a portfolio of her own properties before founding electi. Drawing from her art, hospitality, design, and development background, she created electi as an innovative, creative do-it-all real estate investment firm.
Mark Sette, Co-founder
Mark is a co-founder of electi and financial expert, achieving his Certified Financial Planner designation in 2015.
Prior to electi, Mark’s career began in finance before joining Wealthsimple, where he had a leadership role in scaling the startup’s U.S. investing platform to thousands of clients and millions in assets managed.
Along the way, Mark developed a strong affinity for content, design and marketing that drew him to J.P. Morgan’s user experience design team. Mark’s thought leadership has also been featured on Investopedia, Clever Real Estate and Yahoo Finance.
Daniela leveraged Mark’s expertise to help build the innovative vision of electi today, building on a strong foundation of real estate knowledge, tech-savviness and providing outstanding experiences.
Our team has years of experience in real estate, property management, technology and design. We’re present in the communities we serve, working to elevate our partners, neighbors and tenants through smart, creative use of real estate spaces.
